Is the Lowest Price Worth the Cost? Why Choosing a Kitten Based Solely on Price Isn’t Always the Best Idea
Buying a kitten can be an exciting experience, but it’s important to remember that it’s a responsibility that requires careful consideration. When looking for a kitten, some people may be tempted to choose the cheapest option available, but is it really the best idea to buy a kitten purely at the lowest price possible?
First and foremost, it’s important to consider the welfare of the kitten. A low price may be an indicator of poor breeding practices, lack of proper care, or even a sign that the kitten is being sold illegally. Kittens from unscrupulous breeders or sellers may have a higher risk of health problems, and behavioural issues or even carry contagious diseases that can affect other pets in your household.
Furthermore, choosing a kitten based solely on price may mean sacrificing other important factors, such as temperament, personality, and breed characteristics. A higher-priced kitten may come from a reputable breeder who has put time and effort into selecting the right breeding pairs to produce kittens with desirable traits, such as a friendly disposition, affectionateness and gentleness. These kittens may also come with guarantees and health certificates that offer peace of mind to the buyer.
Another important factor to consider is the long-term cost of owning a kitten. While a lower purchase price may seem like a good deal upfront, it may cost more in the long run if the kitten requires expensive veterinary care or their temperament makes them difficult to train. It’s important to budget for ongoing expenses such as food, litter, toys, and healthcare.

Our cats were brought from Europe and are among the best representatives of this breed. In Europe, this breed has been known for 20 years. And therefore we cooperate with American veterinarians as well as with European veterinarians, who, just so happen to, have more extensive knowledge about the characteristics of this breed and have a lot of practice among it. We regularly improve our knowledge through courses and consultations as well. And we have at least 2 veterinarians from Europe, who are also breeders, with whom we consult online, and we have one veterinarian from Europe who lives in our county as well. We visit an American clinic with highly qualified doctors. Our cattery has a more comprehensive approach to the health, vaccination, raising of kittens and well-being of our cats. Therefore, we have a generally accepted and publicly available knowledge base, and we also study new methods and are open to new approaches if they work to improve the existence of our cattery and our cats inclusive.

Why is it good for Cats?
- High-quality protein & bone
- Healthy fats
- Key vitamins & minerals
A high-quality raw cat food will be made up of 100% natural ingredients and usually includes a combination of protein (with a wide variety of options), healthy fats, key vitamins and minerals, and bone content.
High-quality protein
Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they require certain nutrients that can only come from meat. Cats also require more protein than omnivores, such as dogs, because they regularly use protein for energy.
In addition to using meat protein to fuel their bodies, it also supports cats’ nervous systems, fur growth and immune systems.
The quality of meat protein plays a key role, with bioavailable protein being digested more effectively. A variety of protein ensures that cat receives a balanced diet. For example, feeding an exclusive diet of raw fish can lead to a thiamine deficiency due to its thiaminase content.
Nursing cats require a higher protein intake to support kittens’ development, and older cats may require increased protein intake, to help them absorb and metabolise it.
Key vitamins, amino acids & minerals
A nutrient-dense raw diet can provide key vitamins, amino acids, and minerals that help cats to thrive. While organ meat can help to support cats’ nutrition, bone content provides minerals such as calcium that are also highly beneficial.
Cats use amino acids found in meat to create energy for bodily processes and metabolism regulation, as well as for the creation of new proteins, repairing and growing tissue too. When cats become deficient in amino acids, their bodies can struggle to function.
Taurine is an essential amino acid that is found in protein. Cats require this from their diet, as they can’t synthesise it for themselves.
Bone content
Having the correct balance and type of bone content is key for cats. Not only does raw bone provide nutrients, but it also has many other health benefits, such as promoting healthy teeth, gums, and digestion.
Fruit & veg
Cats do not require fruit or vegetables to balance their nutrition. However, vegetables can work as an insoluble fibre, which can be beneficial for the digestive tract in small quantities.
• OUR CATS HAVE OWN HABITATION

Why cats need own space?
Having own space for cats is important to help them feel happy, calm and confident at home. We have this space in our house. So our cats live with us, but also have safe, equippped space excluding access to hazardous plants, medications, household chemicals. It is very important to have limited access to dangerous objects while we raise little kittens.
Cats are independent animals and they like to be able to live on their own terms so a varied environment with everything they need is essential in order to meet their high standards. Me and my husband were exited to equipped whole space for our cats.
It was my dream to have a cattery and my slogan is “There is no limit to perfection”, that is why i always think how to improve feline’s well-being. I love to try new appliances for our cattery to make life for cats convenient, and our interaction with them easy and plesent.
And i’m more than happy to share my experience with new kitten’s owners to help receive all benefint of owning furry friend)
• WE SOCIALIZE OUR CATS

The easiest way to tell the difference between a socialized and unsocialized cat is whether they’ll let a person touch them
- We start Small. From day of birth we gently pet and hold newborn kittens for just a few seconds several times each day.
- At 2 weeks of age, we start to pick up and hold the kittens in different positions for brief periods every day.
- By 4 weeks of age, intensive socialization begins:
- Introducing new textures by playing with kittens on carpeting, tile, wood, blankets, rugs, concrete, etc.
- Exposing the kittens to household noises such as blenders, doorbells, banging pots, washing machines, alarm clocks, stereos.
- We offer a variety of objects for the kittens to play with, a lot of toys, cat tree, scratcing post, and cardboard boxes.
Before heading new home our kittens taught how to use litterbox and scratching post and totally socialized.
